The gas-cooled reactor has both reaction and heat exchange functions, saving on equipment investment;

We adopt spiral structures in the gas-cooled reactor.Uniform gas distribution, safe and reliable equipment structure, better heat exchange design.

Reaction temperature distributes in gradient for better methanol synthesis reaction performances; GC-type gas-cooled reactor is connected in series with water-cooled reactors, increasing methanol purity by 4~6%.

The first domestically produced 1.2 million tons/year large-scale methanol synthesis plant using the water-cooled series gas-cooled process and GC-type water-cooled reactor, gas-cooled reactor technology was successfully put into operation, marking the first instance of domestic production of million-ton-level large-scale methanol technology.
