The three sets of high-temperature residual heat boilers adopt independently innovative technology, following the principle of "high temperature with low pressure; or high pressure with low temperature." The high-temperature inline box and heat exchanger (inner tube, insulating tube) withstand high temperatures, while the high-pressure box (plate) and heat exchanger (outer tube) withstand high pressure, ensuring safe and reliable equipment operation.

Applications

The triple-tube high-temperature residual heat boiler was first applied to a 180,000-ton ammonia synthesis plant, producing 1.1 tons of medium-pressure steam per ton of ammonia as a byproduct, and it has been running smoothly to date.
